The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement will be defined in a separate project proposal or agreement between Cogent Coders and the client.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, code, design elements, and overall layout, is the property of Cogent Coders Web Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as viewing and browsing.

Client Work: For project deliverables, intellectual property rights and ownership transfer will be governed by the specific terms agreed upon in the project proposal or contract between Cogent Coders and the client. Unless otherwise stated in writing, full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of complete payment.

Portfolio Rights: Cogent Coders reserves the right to showcase completed project work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted by a non-disclosure agreement or written client request.

Our services are offered on a project-based pricing model. Specific pricing, payment schedules, and terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement provided before the commencement of any work.

• Quotations — All quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
• Advance Payment — A percentage of the total project cost may be required as an advance payment before work begins, as specified in the project proposal.
• Milestone Payments — For larger projects, payments may be structured around milestones tied to specific deliverables.
• Late Payments — Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing work until outstanding balances are cleared. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.
• Refunds — Refund policies, if applicable, will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, payments for completed work and work-in-progress are non-refundable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Cogent Coders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from the use of third-party tools, platforms, or services integrated into or recommended as part of our deliverables.

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. In the event of termination:

• The client shall be liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• Any advance payments for uncompleted work may be refunded at Cogent Coders' discretion, based on the proportion of work already completed.
• Deliverables completed and paid for in full will be transferred to the client.

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement immediately if the client engages in conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
